Kimble is a bilingual educational center of high academic quality. They pride themselves on following a combination of both: the principles of the Montessori methodology and the pillars of Finland's educational system. They use materials as a means for students to learn for themselves while also being guided by fully trained teachers.
For the branding, we wanted to follow the same pillars as Kimble, therefore we opted for the creation of an abstract emblem that represents two main things:
1) The first thing we wanted to portray was an abstract face of a bear because that's the national animal of Finland; an animal of courage, patience, introspection, and leadership, also taking into consideration that the brand is meant for kids and their parents.
2) The second one is meant to represent two kids learning togeather with their own school materials, which is the main objective here, to enhance the children's cognitive, emotional and artistic development.
